6 Month Program

Why 6 months?  Have you ever gone on a “diet”, lost weight, only to gain it back in as little as a few months?  Isn’t that frustrating?  That’s because for most people, diets don’t work.  Baby-stepping lifestyle changes that are effective for your individual body type and lifestyle needs does.  In order for the changes to stick, I suggest 6 months because research has shown this to be much more effective in the long run.  So, if you’re in this for life, let’s get started:

 Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
